Price Leads After Exciting Cross Country Day
The cross country course at the prestigious Rolex Kentucky Horse Trials was every bit a challenging 4 star course which resulted in over night dressage leader Tim Price (NZL) keeping his lead on Wesco after a fault free round inside the time.

Michael Jung (GER) who was in joint first after dressage jumped clear but picked up 0.4 of a time penalty to put him into second place on the talented La Biosthetique Sam FBW and is also in third place as well on his second ride Fischerrocana FST who went clear inside the time.

Great Britain's William Fox-Pitt slipped one place to 4th after picking up 8.4 time penalties and in 5th place is William Levett (AUS) riding Improvise who has moved up from 19th after dressage.

The wet weather played a factor to the going on the cross country course with only six going clear inside the time, one of which was James Alliston riding Parker who have now moved up from 59th to 17th after cross country and William Coleman (USA) riding Obos O'Reilly who has moved up 31st to 8th place.
