Aylesbury Magistrates Court have ordered James Gray of Spindle Farm to pay £400,000, have banned him for life from keeping keeping horses, ponies and donkeys and also sentenced to 6 months in jail.

His son James Gray Junior has been given a 18 month supervision order and banned from keeping horses for 10 years.

Julie Gray and daughters Jodie and Cordelia have been banned for ten years from keeping horses, ponies and donkeys and given 150 hours of community service each. Julie Gray was also ordered to pay £750 and Cordelia and Jodie £500 each.
